Here’s an opportunity to learn some interesting specifics on how life dramatically changed for U.S. citizens on the home front during World War II. The presenters work at this extraordinary aviation museum, just east of Cincinnati, with its fully restored and operational aircraft collection. www.tri-statewarbirdmuseum.org.

   Presented by Jim Revelos, Former Quality and Purchasing Manager, Esther Price

It’s the 100-year Anniversary of this famous candy business which is still going strong and headquartered in Esther’s hometown of Dayton, Ohio. Did you know that in the 1920s, she made fudge at night to earn extra money for her family and then sold it door to door? Today, many of the company’s products are still handmade and feature Esther’s original recipes. A 13-minute video will be shown.
